A 40-minute drive through the countryside of Zimbabwe on off-road terrain will offer picturesque scenery on the way to the top of the Gorge, at rapid number 23. After the safety and procedural briefing, you will enjoy the hour long walk at the top of the gorge, along the river to rapid 25. The hiking experience continues into an authentic beautiful Ndebele homestead where you will get a chance to interact with the local headman and his family while you have brunch under the thatched shade of their decorated mud huts.

A sunset cruise is the perfect way to end off the day. Relax on one of our sofas as the sun sets, but keep an eye on the water for sightings of hippo, elephant and crocodiles.
