Things to note

  • To complete your reservation correctly, it is mandatory to provide us with a clear copy of all passengers' valid passports at the time of booking.
  • Roads in Kenya can be quite bumpy and are not in great condition, particularly those found in the country’s national parks. People who suffer with back problems should consider this before participating in a trip of this nature.
  • Documentation of the internal flights will be delivered to you on arrival at your destination. It is essential to fill in the passport information correctly for each passenger in the given boxes at the end of the reservations process.
  • SAROVA WHITESANDS BEACH RESORT
  • Half board: accommodation, breakfast, (tea/snack 16h) and buffet dinner.
  • Full board: accommodation, breakfast, lunch (tea/snack 16h) and dinner.
  • All inclusive: accommodation, breakfast, lunch, dinner and selection of wines, spirits, local beers, alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails and soft drinks (drinks are served from 10 am to midnight).
  • There is the option of an ‘a la carte’ restaurant at an additional cost.
  • Meal times: breakfast from 6:30 am to 10 am; lunch from 12 pm to 3 pm and dinner from 7 pm to 10 pm.
  • The resort has an entertainment department that organizes daytime activities, Ozone Kids Club for children, ping pong tables and billiards.
  • Travelers must bring their own refillable water bottles. Although there will be 500 ml reusable bottles for sale with a price of USD 10 each, the proceeds from which will be donated to entities dedicated to nature conservation.
  • The safari takes place in a vehicle with space for seven passengers, with one passenger seated next to the driver.
  • The luggage compartment of these vehicles is limited, so for the safety and comfort of all, each person may only carry one soft duffel bag of maximum 10kg.
  • The rest of the luggage can be left in the Nairobi hotel storage room at no extra cost. It will be identified with a tag and will be collected on return from the safari.
