After the hike, for the second part of our adventure, we settle further into the expansive embrace of nature and gather our energies for an intention setting Cacao Ceremony and Soundbath meditation. Using the natural environment, ceremonial grade cacao Central America and low frequency sound vibrations from planetary gongs to ground into the moment, deepen the meditative state and heighten connectivity to source. A safe space to fully immerse into the healing qualities of sound, therapeutic properties of mother nature and the abundance of the moment.
