• Documentation of the internal flights will be available in the "My bookings" section in your "Customer Area" during your stay at the destination. It is essential to fill in the passport information correctly for each passenger in the given boxes at the end of the reservations process.
• Please note the following luggage allowances for your internal flight in Egypt:
• Checked luggage allowance is between 21-23 kg (46-50 lbs)
• Hand luggage (carry-on) allowance is 8 kg (17 lbs)
• The maximum baggage weight for the Cappadocia – Istanbul flight is 15KG.
• **The allocated cruise ship may be changed due to routine maintenance, in which case you will be allocated a cruise of the same or higher category.
• **The hotels in Istanbul of the Superior category are not close to the city center (Taksim). In the Luxury category the hotels in Istanbul are close to the city center.
• ***The order of the excursions and visits may vary, depending on the schedule of the internal flights, traffic and other logistical reasons. The planned visits will be carried out in any case.
• ****This is a fast-paced itinerary that includes a comprehensive number of sights and activities in order to give you the most complete experience of Turkey! You can expect several early morning departures and a full daily schedule of activities.
• IMPORTANT for Turkey:
• Please note that arrival transfers are shared, the maximum waiting time for other travellers at the airport is from 20 to 30 minutes approximately.
• Please note: maximum group size is 52 people.
• If you are travelling with Vueling, Ryanair or Wizz Air, we recommend that you check-in online to avoid additional charges. Your reservation includes only one small piece of hand luggage per person (40 cm x 20 cm x 25 cm) which must be placed under the seat in front of you on the plane. Additional luggage (both hand and hold luggage) can be purchased in advanced via the airline's website. Any extra luggage that does not meet the specified dimensions and is not booked in advance will be subject to additional fees at the airport.
• Any hotel mentioned in the offer, whether the main one or an alternative, is as likely as each other to be confirmed. You will find your final hotel confirmation on your updated trip summary approximately 7 days before departure.
• If you choose the Superior or Luxury category, only the location and category of the hotel in Istanbul will change. The rest of the hotels in your itinerary will be the same in each category. In the event of any changes, the hotels you stay at will always be in the same category as you selected, or a superior one.
• The order of the itinerary is determined based on the days you travel to Cappadocia, which are Tuesday and Friday. Therefore, the 4 nights in Istanbul are distributed accordingly.
• Mandatory tips of 30 USD per person (for Guides, drivers, porters and waiters) are not included in the price and must be paid at the destination. These are the ONLY mandatory tips you will be required to pay in Turkey.
• Please note that passengers arriving to Turkey from January 15th 2023 onwards must make a tourism tax payment of $10 per person. The tourism tax for 2026 and 2027 departures is $15 per person or their equivalent in GBP. This payment is imposed by the Turkish Ministry of Tourism and is mandatory for all passengers entering their country. This tourist tax is not included in the total booking amount and it will be collected by the tour guide in order to be paid to the authorities.
• IMPORTANT for Egypt: This trip in Egypt is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility due to the nature of the excursions and the terrain.
• However, please note that this tour can be taken privately. There will be a private guide and a specifically designed itinerary to ensure maximum enjoyment. The excursions will be taken via alternative routes with ease of access and the pace will be dictated by the passenger.
• To take part in the private tour it is required that the person with reduced mobility is accompanied by a dedicated person at all times, to assist in any necessary situations, such as getting in and out of the transport vehicle, on excursions, and so on.
• Please note: Please be aware that the ship's Wi-Fi connection is dependent on satellite coverage and that there are sections of the cruise in which Wi-Fi will not be available. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to use in port only, for an extra fee of $8 USD per day.
• Mandatory tips of $55 per person for the Nile Cruise are not included in the price and must be paid at the destination. These are the ONLY mandatory tips you will be required to pay during this tour. Tipping for the rest of the trip is optional, but keep in mind that tipping is an important part of Egyptian culture and that it is commonplace for service providers to ask for tips. In these cases, it is up to your personal discretion whether to tip or not.
• Payments at destination with credit or debit cards may be subject to commission and fluctuations in currency exchange. We recommend making all payments in cash.
