• Please note: maximum group size is 35 people in Jordan.
• * Documentation of the internal flights will either be available in the "My bookings" section in your "Customer Area" 14 days after you have made your booking or delivered to you on arrival at your destination.
• * For travellers arriving in Egypt on a Thursday, please note that the flight the following day from Cairo to Aswan usually departs early in the morning, so you will be required to leave for the airport before dawn.
• ** If you arrive in the early hours between 00:00 and 11:30, you must add the optional early check-in to have access to your room immediately. You will have the option to add early check-in on arrival in the next step of the booking process.
• ** Important notes regading accommodation:
• None of the camps offered in Wadi Rum can be considered as a Luxury option as Luxury camps do not exist in Wadi Rum. All the camps are operated by Bedouins, not Hoteliers. The standard of service is equal between camps but can't be considered equal in comparison to the other hotels offered in the tour.
• Tent types and allocation in Wadi Rum are the same for both Charm and Superior Categories. You can upgrade to a Martian Tent during the next step of the booking process, or select our Luxury accommodation category as the Martian tent comes included.
• If you choose the Charm or Superior category keep in mind that the hotels in Egypt are the same, only the hotels in Jordan change.
• *** Upgrade to full-board in Jordan by adding 6 lunches in local restaurants in the next step of the booking process.

• **** The order of the itinerary in Egypt varies according to the day of arrival:
• Wednesday: 2 nights in Cairo, 3 nights Nile cruise, 1 night in Luxor and 1 night in Cairo.
• Thursday: 1 night in Cairo, 3 nights Nile cruise, 1 night in Luxor and 2 nights in Cairo.
• Saturday: 2 nights in Cairo, 4 nights Nile Cruise, 1 night in Cairo.
• Sunday: 1 night Cairo, 4 nights Nile Cruise, 2 nights Cairo.
• Alternatively, for a full experience of Egypt, you can choose one of our optional excursion packages to add 3/4 optional excursions to your trip!

To obtain your free visa upon arrival, managed by our travel partner in Jordan, we require your complete Passport information and a copy as well at least 30 days prior to your departure.
• In case you have not purchased your flights with us, you will have to go through this process on your own, which you can do online at https://moi.gov.jo/EN/Pages/Visa_E_Applications or at your arrival.
• Please note that in case you purchased the full package with Exoticca, including flights, please note that the airport transfer on arrival in Amman will be shared with other travelers in your tour group. A guide will be there to meet you on arrival, but you may be required to wait up to two hours before leaving for the hotel, depending on the flight arrival times.
• ****** Egypt: This is a fast-paced itinerary that includes a comprehensive number of sights and activities in order to give you the most complete experience of Egypt! You can expect several early morning departures and a full daily schedule of activities.
• Mandatory tips of $55 per person for the Nile Cruise are not included in the price and must be paid at the destination. These are the ONLY mandatory tips you will be required to pay during this tour. Tipping for the rest of the trip is optional, but keep in mind that tipping is an important part of Egyptian culture and that it is commonplace for service providers to ask for tips. In these cases, it is up to your personal discretion whether to tip or not.
• Please note: Please be aware that the ship's Wi-Fi connection is dependent on satellite coverage and that there are sections of the cruise in which Wi-Fi will not be available. High-speed Wi-Fi is available to use in port only, for an extra fee of $8 USD per day.
• This trip is not suitable for a person with reduced mobility due to the nature of the excursions and the terrain.
• However, please note that this tour can be taken privately. There will be a private guide and a specifically designed itinerary to ensure maximum enjoyment. The excursions will be taken via alternative routes with ease of access and the pace will be dictated by the passenger.
• To take part in the private tour it is required that the person with reduced mobility is accompanied by a dedicated person at all times, to assist in any necessary situations, such as getting in and out of the transport vehicle, on excursions, and so on.
